I. AGE REQUIREMENTS

1. For Nursery, the age requirement is 3 years old by July 31, 2012.
2. For Junior Kindergarten, the age requirement is 4 years old by July 31, 2012.
3. For Senior Kindergarten, the age requirement is 5 years old by July 31, 2012.
4. For Grade 1, the age requirement is 6 years old by July 31, 2012.

II. PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Secure from the Registrar's Office the list of requirements and the recommendation form to be accomplished by the former school. For your convenience you can download the recommendation form here.
2. Applicants must submit the following requirements for GRADE 1 to HIGH SCHOOL and the accomplished recommendation form to the Registrar's Office for initial screening:
   1. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate
   2. Clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
   3. Clear photocopy of applicant's Report Card(latest grade)
   4. 3 pcs, 2x2 pictures
3. Only applicants with complete requirements will be advised to pay the testing fee of Php 250.00 for Nursery and Php 300.00 for Junior Kindergarten to High School at the Business Office.
4. Present the official receipt to the Registrar's Office and accomplish the application form.
5. Test permit schedule will be released.
6. Qualified applicants for admission will be posted in the bulletin board.
